Staff was friendly and helpful and room was very clean.
Bed and pillows were average to low quality.

We only stayed one night but did use the indoor pool facilities which were really nice. Room had a nice kitchen and jet bathtub. Everything was clean. I only saw some basic vending machines and video games. There was an Apple bees next door. Staff was friendly. Only negative was mattress and pillows were not up to the level of the rest of the facility. We would stay there again as location was close to outlets. ...read more

My family and I really enjoyed the pool facilities.
For the price of the rooms I cannot believe that toilet paper is not supplied. I have never stayed anywhere where toilet paper was not a standand ite

The hotel was in a great location and for the most part it was clean. However we quite disappionted when we arrived and it was nothing like the brochure. The brochure lead you to believe that there was also an outdoor water park which included water slides that really was quite a disappointment. ...read more

Water park and very close to Wal-Mart in case you forget something.
No restaurant in hotel.

The good: Hotel was super nice, they call it a condo but its really just a larger hotel room. Our room had living room area, bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom and a kitchenette with full size appliances and a small balcony. Has nice water park and everything worked! The lazy river is heated and there are no lines at the slides! They provide two computers in the lobby, so I could check email and such. Never found the game room or the fitness room but they have one. The bad: No water pressure in the shower, tub was stopped up and water came above my feet. Hidden fees (tried to charge me for a safe in my room) I didn't pay for it. No restaurant or food in hotel but there are many places close by. ...read more

Full Kitchen.
Poorly decorated.

I love the fact that this hotel is a good piece of the main parkway. Helps with the peace and quiet. Lacked decorations and the decor was a bit drab. I loved the full kitchen and the overall cleanliness. However, the bathroom lacked an extra roll of toilet paper and tissues. We ran out of both. ...read more
